! Outdoors Xscape is seeking an experienced, motivated Landscape Operations Manager to join our growing team.REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of landscape operations or management experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Clean criminal background.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple crews while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, and job sites.
- Three professional references required.
Pay:
$52,353.51- $63,049.
