Functional Fitness Coach & Operations Manager — Alpha Omega Performance (Pensacola, FL) Full-Time | $40,000/year | Pensacola, Florida Alpha Omega Performance is looking for a Functional Fitness Coach & Operations Manager to help us run a gym that feels like family. We're a welcoming, community-driven gym, and we're looking for someone who wants to build something alongside us not just punch a clock. This is a hands-on role. You'll coach our three core classes every day from 4pm to 7pm, be the face of the gym for our members, and own the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a gym healthy from following up with new leads to making sure the members we already have stick around. What You'll Do Coach the 11:00 AM MWF, 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 6:00 PM classes, Monday-Friday Coach on rotating Saturday shifts, 7:30 AM-12:00 PM with a corresponding weekday off Be the go-to person for member experience the friendly face who makes Alpha Omega feel like home Drive lead generation and follow-up with prospective members Own member retention: checking in, catching at-risk members early, and keeping our community strong Help plan and run gym events, competitions, and community programming What We're Looking For CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate or higher (required) 3+ years of gym management experience (preferred) Coaching experience leading large group classes Someone who genuinely loves building relationships with members Comfortable handling day-to-day admin and lead-tracking tools Available for a fixed weekday schedule (11:00 AM-7:30 PM) plus rotating Saturdays (7:30 AM-12:30 PM) What We Offer $40,000/year salary Performance and metric bonuses 2 weeks paid time off + 5 sick days Free Alpha Omega Performance membership 20% off all product and merchandise in Alpha Nutrition Shop Reimbursement for maintaining your coaching certification A genuine shot to grow into a bigger leadership role as we grow Start date:
