Job Summary Reynolds Logistics is hiring a Station Manager for our Pensacola operation. We are looking for a Hands-on leader who runs the warehouse, shipping/receiving, and a driver team — and owns the day until it's done right. Before go-live, you'll fly to Phoenix, AZ for 1 week of training (we will cover all training travel expenses flights, lodging, and related costs), then return to run Pensacola to continue training for 6 to 8 more weeks. You'll Run daily station ops: inbound/outbound, staging, inventory accuracy Manage drivers so every run is covered and finished complete/correct Manage overtime schedule, approve, and control OT while hitting service Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and leadership Keep the station safe, organized, and mistake-free Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or dock/warehouse leadership experience Ability to lead drivers and hold a team accountable Reliable, motivated, easy to work with, strong communicator Detail-focused and coordinated Available to train in Phoenix ASAP for ~1 week before Pensacola launch
