Operations Manager - UFC Gym Position Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gym, ensuring a high-level member experience, operational efficiency, and team accountability. This role drives performance across departments, maintains facility standards, and supports revenue growth through strong leadership and execution. Key Responsibilities Operations & Facility Management Oversee all day-to-day gym operations to ensure a clean, safe, and high-performing environment Maintain equipment functionality, cleanliness standards, and overall facility presentation Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships Team Leadership & Accountability Lead, coach, and develop front desk, fitness, and support staff Enforce performance standards, scheduling, and staff productivity Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins Support hiring, onboarding, and staff retention initiatives Member Experience Ensure exceptional member service and engagement at all touchpoints Resolve member concerns quickly and professionally Monitor member feedback and implement improvements Support retention efforts through relationship-building and consistent service delivery Sales & Revenue Support Collaborate with the sales team to support lead flow, tours, and conversions Ensure operations support—not hinder—the sales process Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as check-ins, usage, and attrition Assist in executing promotions, events, and community outreach initiatives Performance & Reporting Track daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics Analyze performance data and implement strategies for improvement Report directly to the General Manager on operational performance and needs Qualifications 2+ years of management experience (fitness industry preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Results-driven mindset with a focus on accountability and execution Passion for fitness, health, and delivering high-level service Key Traits for Success Leadership over authority mindset High standards with attention to detail Solution-oriented and proactive Strong sense of ownership and accountability Team-first mentality with a focus on results Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance incentives Complimentary gym membership Career growth opportunities within UFC Gym Ongoing training and development
