As a Maintenance Technician, you are on the "front lines" providing excellent customer service to our tenants. Your responsibilities will include closing work orders in a timely manner, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and making cost-saving decisions for the company. You will need to travel between sites, maintaining facilities and assisting the team in any way necessary to ensure efficient operations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the properties and contributing to a positive living environment for all tenants. Requirements:
