Deployment Operations Supervisor CDW United States, Georgia, Conyers Aug 20, 2026 Description The Deployment Supervisor oversees end-to-end deployment operations, including production planning, scheduling, inventory and asset management, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers. This role is responsible for ensuring deployments are executed efficiently, on time, within scope, and to quality standards. The Deployment Supervisor plays a critical role in workforce coordination, workflow planning, device delivery, and deployment execution across multiple concurrent projects.
What You Will Do:
Deployment & Production Oversight Lead deployment projects from initiation through completion, including development of production plans aligned to project requirements, timelines, and delivery commitments. Define project timelines, deliverables, deployment capacity, and required resources by designing and managing efficient deployment workflows. Monitor adherence to project plans, proactively resolve issues, and provide clear reporting on deployment progress and risks. Client, Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for deployment activities, providing regular status updates and clear communication regarding milestones, changes, and delivery timelines. Manage vendor relationships, including coordination of order management and fulfillment. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align deployment requirements, schedules, configurations, and delivery expectations. Asset, Inventory & Logistics Management Maintain accurate vendor and deployment inventory through tracking, reporting, and reconciliation to support timely and streamlined deployments. Generate regular asset reports to track the status, condition, and location of devices and equipment. Oversee asset labeling and identification processes, including asset labels and laser etching, to support tracking and lifecycle management. Coordinate device delivery in accordance with customer timelines and deployment schedules. Technology & Deployment Enablement Oversee the planning and configuration of hardware and software deployments to ensure proper imaging, Intune configuration, Chrome enrollment, and/or ZTE setup. Ensure deployment standards, configurations, and processes are consistently applied across projects.
What We Expect of You:
Proven experience managing production or deployment operations, preferably within a device, logistics, or technology-focused environment. Experience leading or supervising teams responsible for deployment, production, or operational delivery. Proficiency with workflow planning, workforce scheduling, and capacity management tools. Hands-on experience with asset management systems and inventory tracking. Background in hardware configuration and large-scale device deployments. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Experience with Intune, Chrome enrollment, ZTE, and Windows Imaging. Demonstrated ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Stand, bend, lift, walk and carry products in any combination for up to 8 hours at a time. History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines. Comfort working in a warehouse environment which includes changes in temperature as the weather fluctuates, noise form conveyors and forklifts.
Pay range:
$ 81,000- $ 113,000 depending on experience and skill set. Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan.
