Our Mission "We are a catalytic ministry that equips followers of Jesus to become Romans 12 disciple-makers." Position Profile Every day, Living on the Edge reaches Christians across the globe with the life-changing truth of God's Word through podcasts, YouTube, streaming platforms, digital distribution, and radio. Behind every piece of content is a team ensuring the message goes out with excellence, clarity, and consistency. We're looking for a Media Operations Manager who wants their daily work to be an act of worship: someone who thrives on operational precision, loves leading people, and is passionate about seeing Scripture-driven teaching reach as many lives as possible across every platform. This isn't just a media operations role. It's a ministry calling for someone who wants ordinary tasks, like podcast feeds, video releases, platform analytics, translation workflows, and broadcast schedules, to carry eternal weight, fueling our vision of a global movement of authentic disciples and our mission of equipping Romans 12 disciple-makers. As Living on the Edge's media strategy evolves, this role will help shape how we distribute content and engage audiences across emerging platforms. We're hiring operational capability for the future, not just the present. Key Responsibilities Digital Distribution and Streaming You'll lead the multi-platform content distribution strategy, ensuring our teaching reaches audiences wherever they are. You'll evaluate emerging platforms and channels, optimize distribution workflows, and build operational processes that scale as the ministry grows. Podcasting and Audio Streaming You'll oversee all podcast feeds (Daily, Weekend, Sermon), manage distribution across platforms, troubleshoot technical issues with providers, and shape a multi-language podcast strategy. You'll also help launch new initiatives, including "The Journey," a discipleship-focused podcast. YouTube You'll coordinate with NightGlass Media Group on content and release schedules, quality-check every video and Short before it goes live, manage program planning and budget, and partner with Marketing on promotion. Strategic Partnership Management (RK Media) You'll be the primary bridge between Living on the Edge and RK Media, our outsourced broadcast production and station management partner. That means building strong working relationships, giving final approval on every radio script before it airs, keeping messaging aligned across RK Media, Marketing, and Chip's office, and managing station agreements and share contracts. Broadcast Scheduling and Planning You'll build and maintain the Master Broadcast Schedule, working directly with leadership to lock in annual and quarterly plans, then communicating that schedule clearly to production, marketing, and media distribution teams. You'll also manage the Schedule Calculator to plan teaching series, offers, and appeals with precision. Script Review and Quality Control Every weekly radio script passes through you. You'll check for accuracy, brand consistency, and messaging alignment, give feedback on flow and offer language, confirm resources and contact information are current, and verify that Marketing's web positioning matches what's on air. Production Coordination You'll coordinate every Chip recording session across his office, RK Media, and production teams, managing the recording cadence and lead times, and keeping stakeholders informed of outcomes. Team Leadership You'll directly supervise the Media Production Coordinator, coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Chip's office, and Accounting, and partner with international directors on translation priorities. Analytics and Reporting You'll review and approve monthly media code reports, analyze station-level donation attribution, manage the video library and pull analytics, and prepare quarterly Balanced Scorecard data for the executive team. You'll also track platform-level performance metrics to inform distribution strategy. Qualifications Ministry Values Must be willing to embrace Living on the Edge's employee values:
