• About your role:
• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our Deployment team.

This role requires ensuring the smooth operation of the production process, meeting production targets, and maintaining product quality. A strong emphasis on people management skills, effective communication, meeting deadlines, attention to detail, project management, and the ability to collaborate both within and outside of the operation are essential attributes.

• What you will do:
• + Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of production workers.

+ Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale. + Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. + Oversee daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards. + Ensure efficient utilization of resources and equipment. + Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines. + Maintain keen attention to detail to ensure the highest product quality. + Implement and enforce quality control processes. + Investigate and address any quality issues promptly. + Plan and execute production projects, including resource allocation and scheduling. + Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion. + Communicate effectively with team members, management, and cross-functional departments. + Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and other departments to optimize production processes.

• Experience you'll need to have:
• + 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a production, manufacturing environment.

+ 4-7 years of people management experience + High School Diploma, or equivalent work experience and/or equivalent military experience. + Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Excellent people management and leadership skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Detail-oriented with a focus on quality. + Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Experience that would be great to have:
• + Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience and/or equivalent military experience.

+ Experience in process improvement initiatives. + Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with external partners and suppliers. + Ability to adapt to changing production demands and priorities. + Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. + Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing team members.
