$88,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Benefits Operations Lead to oversee daily benefits administration and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role is both hands-on and leadership-focused, supporting benefit programs for a diverse employee population while driving accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include overseeing daily benefits operations, managing open enrollment and ongoing benefit transactions, serving as a subject matter expert for benefit inquiries, supervising billing and invoice reconciliation, performing audits, supporting payroll validation, and maintaining data integrity across HRIS and vendor systems. Additional duties include managing leave cases, conducting benefit presentations, supporting staff development, and identifying opportunities to improve or automate processes. #RemedyHIDirectHire Qualifications include a bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, along with three to five years of experience in benefits administration, including leave management. Strong knowledge of benefit regulations, proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage deadlines are required. In-state applicants only.
