The Sauna Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests, maintaining facility cleanliness, monitoring sauna and cold plunge areas, and ensuring a safe and relaxing environment. Responsibilities Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage reservations through the booking system Explain sauna and cold plunge guidelines to guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of all guest areas, including: Reception area Sauna rooms Cold plunge area Restrooms and changing areas Restock towels, amenities, and retail items Monitor facility safety and report maintenance concerns Answer guest questions and provide excellent customer service Process payments and retail sales Assist with opening and closing procedures Follow company policies and health & safety standards Qualifications Customer service experience preferred Hospitality, fitness, wellness, or spa experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Schedule Part-time or Full-time available Weekends and holidays may be required Flexible scheduling based on business needs Compensation & Benefits Employee discounts Growth opportunities within
