We are seeking a Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership for our housing and employment services programs, with a strong focus on strengthening case management practices, ensuring service excellence, and achieving meaningful participant outcomes. This position leads managers and teams responsible for helping individuals and families secure housing, achieve employment goals, and move toward greater self-sufficiency. Through operational leadership, staff development, performance management, and continuous quality improvement, you will help ensure services are effective, outcome-driven, and responsive to community needs. In This Role, You Will Provide strategic and operational leadership for the agency's housing and employment services programs. Champion case management excellence and ensure high-quality, outcome-driven service delivery that supports housing stability, employment success, and self-sufficiency. Lead, develop, and support managers and teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Utilize data, performance measures, and continuous improvement practices to strengthen program effectiveness and participant outcomes. Oversee program budgets, grant performance, compliance requirements, and operational effectiveness. Build and strengthen partnerships with landlords, employers, support service providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
