Oversee business operations including process improvement, project management, and large-scale organizational change management. Drive operational analysis using data-driven insights to inform strategic planning, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in operational management or senior leadership roles within a complex organization. Demonstrated success in managing operational excellence initiatives, process improvements, and large-scale change management projects. Strong business development management skills with a track record of expanding organizational reach. Expertise in budget management, forecasting, financial analysis, and profit-and-loss oversight. Exceptional verbal communication skills suited for engaging with executives and diverse teams at all levels. Proficiency in project management methodologies and program management tools. Ability to lead cross-functional teams through strategic planning and operational execution while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Experience supervising teams, managing resources effectively, and implementing data-driven decision-making processes.
