The Lift Operations Lead supports the Lift Operations team by assisting operators and supervisors in the safe and efficient daily operation of ski lifts. This role includes mentoring new operators, performing inspections, and ensuring high-quality guest service on the mountain.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Previous lift operations experience and basic skiing or snowboarding ability required Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently Work outdoors in all weather conditions Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts (6:00 a.m. start time) Commitment to working the entire winter season Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching Previous lift operations experience and basic skiing or snowboarding ability required Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently Work outdoors in all weather conditions Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts (6:00 a.m. start time) Commitment to working the entire winter season
