Responsibilities:

Positions available during the week, weeknights, and weekends Supervise the setup and breakdown of on site and off premise events Focus on providing guests with an exceptional and unique experience Events range from weddings, picnics, corporate, and social events Manage entire Event Staff and oversee timeline to ensure event is smooth and successful Must maintain a professional demeanor and high customer service Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge

Qualifications:

High School Diploma 5 years or more hospitality or banquet industry experience is preferred Minimum 2 years' experience managing large and small events (captain) Certifications are required (captain) English speaking and written skills are required Strong organization, time management, and team motivation skills (captain) Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure Effective problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment Able to transport up to 35 pounds regularly
