SC Site Operational Quality Management Oversee the day-to-day operational quality of SC sites within the assigned region, including delivery timeliness, service quality, fulfillment performance, and last-mile operational stability. Conduct regular on-site operational inspections to identify performance gaps, process weaknesses, and execution issues. Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall site efficiency, service quality, and operational performance. 2 . KPI Framework Development & Performance Management Develop and continuously optimize the KPI framework for SC sites based on business needs and actual operational conditions. Define key performance indicators covering delivery timeliness, quality, compliance, cost, service, and other critical operational dimensions. Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, data analysis, result reporting, and follow-up on accountability and corrective actions. Drive standardized and disciplined site operations to support the achievement of overall business objectives. 3. Operational Compliance & Risk Management Monitor operational compliance and manage risks across SC sites, including improper operating practices, process non-compliance, service violations, and workplace safety risks. Establish and maintain compliance inspection records and ensure identified issues are tracked through complete corrective-action closure. Mitigate operational, service, compliance, and reputational risks while ensuring stable and compliant site operations. 4. External Resource Development & Partner Management Identify, develop, and introduce external resources based on business needs, with a focus on DSP partners and channel resources. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and leverage available resources to support business growth, delivery capacity expansion, and operational capability improvement. 5. Peak Season & Emergency Operations Management Apply in-depth knowledge of front-line last-mile delivery operations to lead site planning and execution during peak promotional periods, extreme weather, capacity shortages, and other high-risk operating scenarios. Develop contingency plans, coordinate delivery capacity, and manage operational exceptions and emergencies. Ensure stable fulfillment performance, delivery timeliness, and service quality during critical operating periods, while minimizing the risk of large-scale service disruptions. 6. Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution Proactively drive operational initiatives and coordinate closely with internal teams including Operations, Finance, Settlement, and Procurement. Work effectively with site leaders, external partners, and channel partners to resolve front-line operational bottlenecks. Track action items through completion and ensure operational KPIs, corrective-action goals, and business objectives are achieved efficiently. 7. Additional Responsibilities Perform other operations management duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of end-to-end express delivery and last-mile logistics operations, with extensive hands-on experience in site or station management and a solid understanding of delivery timeliness, quality, compliance, and capacity management. Prior experience managing peak-season operations, major promotional events, or emergency response during extreme weather is preferred. Excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills, with strong initiative and the ability to manage business discussions, resource negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrated ability to develop and introduce DSP and channel resources; candidates with established partner resources and proven implementation experience are preferred. Highly goal-oriented and results-driven, with strong analytical and logical thinking skills and the ability to break down business objectives, execute action plans, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement. Resilient, hands-on, and able to work effectively under pressure with a positive attitude. Willing and able to travel regularly on a regional or nationwide basis for site inspections, on-site support, and special operational projects. Strong execution and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to simultaneously manage site performance reviews, compliance control, quality improvement, and resource development initiatives.
