This role blends hands-on operational expertise with proactive business development. You'll be the person who sees problems early, solves them decisively, and empowers others to do their best work. If you thrive in autonomy, communicate clearly, and follow through relentlessly, you'll fit right in. A Class A CDL is a major plus. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day operations with full accountability for performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. Build strong customer relationships through responsiveness, transparency, and on-site engagement. Identify customer needs and turn them into solutions, service improvements, and new business opportunities. Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent service delivery. Track KPIs, spot trends, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability. Represent the company professionally in meetings, reviews, and growth discussions. Leverage CDL experience (if applicable) to strengthen logistics insight and operational credibility. What You Bring Proven operations leadership experience in a service-based or logistics-driven environment. Strong customer-facing skills with a track record of building trust and expanding business. Clear, confident communication and a bias for action. Ability to make smart decisions without unnecessary hierarchy. Strategic thinking paired with tactical execution. Class A CDL preferred but not required.
