7.1.26 SUMMARY The 21st CCLC Site Coordinator oversees daily program operations, ensuring all activities meet State and Federal requirements while providing a safe, supportive environment for students and families. The role manages staff, documentation, enrollment, data tracking, and communication with school personnel, families, and community partners. It also leads academic and social‑emotional support efforts, coordinates family engagement, and maintains strong alignment with the regular school day. Additionally, the coordinator ensures staff training, compliance, and program sustainability through organized systems, reporting, and collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, & CRITICAL SKILLS
Some College Degree and/or Past Experiences with 21 CCLC Programming Preferred. Valid Driver's License required. Competence in utilizing Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Virtual Meeting Platforms. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. Ability to push/pull up to 10 lbs. Excellent oral and written communication skills and an acceptable/courteous manner. Understanding and awareness of multicultural needs.
