Company DescriptionApplus IDIADA is a global partner to the automotive industry with over 30 years' experience supporting its clients in product development activities by providing design, engineering, testing and homologation services. Job DescriptionExplanation of the position are as follows: Hub OperationsOversee all hub operations at assigned facility locationsEnsure that hub facilities meet the standards agreed with the customer (protection protocols and security)Manage storage infrastructure for DDC fleet vehicles and accommodate APR vehicle needsVehicle Operations & Fleet CoordinationOversee vehicle reception at designated hub facilities and coordinate vehicle set up upon receipt. Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and minor inspection checksOversee implementation of required vehicle system updates and software as per customer requests.

Monitor vehicle uptime and address maintenance needs promptlyRoute Planning & OptimizationPlan routes to maximize data collection effectiveness under varying conditions (time frames, directions, weather)Continuously optimize routes based on performance data and collection targetsTeam SupportSupport completion of Dursuite Completion of driver's hours control sheetCompletion of driving sheetsAssign daily shifts and support dispatch operations (multiple shifts per day, 7 days/week)Monitor personnel performance and conduct evaluations (Samsara tool)Support execution of training and onboarding for new team membersEnsure all assigned personnel meet technical and professional qualificationsHandle conflict resolution and maintain positive team moraleData Handling & Quality AssuranceOrchestrate and monitor data handling operations in accordance with client specificationsManage collection and secure transportation of recorded data storage mediaMonitor daily data collection progress against monthly targets
