Position Summary:

The Director of Plant Operations is responsible for managing and organizing the operations of the facility including maintenance and grounds keeping while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes, standards of government and regulatory agencies. This position also serves as the facility's Safety Officer and serves on the Safety/Risk Management Committee. Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities Managing and organizing the operations of the facility in regard to maintenance. Managing and organizing the operations of the facility in regard to groundskeeping. Maintains compliance with all applicable codes, standards of government and regulatory agencies Serves as the facility's Safety Officer. Ensure completion of work orders. Manages maintenance, engineering, housekeeping, and groundskeeping staff. Ensures compliance with Life Safety Code and OSHA Regulations. Use of hand/power tools and equipment. Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management or related field.

Experience:

A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years facilities management or related experience with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
