In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator that ensures smooth check-ins, seamless guest services, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will drive guest satisfaction and uphold our reputation for exceptional service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations using hotel management systems or Property Management Systems (PMS), ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, offering information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy. Coordinate guest services including room assignments, special accommodations, and resolving issues promptly through excellent customer service problem-solving. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and payments while adhering to hotel emergency procedures when necessary. Support night audit operations by reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy. Foster guest relations by addressing concerns proactively, providing personalized service, and ensuring a memorable stay. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively . Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems preferred but not required. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols. Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle customer service issues with professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills. Previous hotel experience is preferred, especially in resort environments or properties with complex guest services requirements.
