Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and production teams, improve productivity, and ensure daily operations meet company goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse employees Organize daily workload to maximize efficiency Monitor productivity and drive continuous improvement Resolve shipping/picking errors and identify root causes Maintain productivity and efficiency reports Manage shipping systems and ERP softwareQualifications:
High School Diploma/GED 3-5 years of management experience Warehouse/production operations leadership experience Experience with continuous improvement and ERP systems #DT123Pay:
