ABOUT NATURSPIRE
Naturspire creates elevated plant experiences through interior landscaping, moss walls, living walls, seasonal containers, and custom plant installations. We are a fast-growing, hands-on company that combines creativity, design, logistics, and plant care to transform spaces for commercial and residential clients. We are looking for a highly organized, adaptable, hands-on team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment where schedules, priorities, and project needs can shift quickly. This is not a desk-only role. This person will develop new business, coordinate sales, operations and installations while also physically helping execute projects in the field.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Development & Field Operations Coordinator plays a key role in keeping Naturspire running smoothly day-to-day. This person will attend trade shows, industry meetings, build the brand and coordinate installations, manage changing schedules, communicate with clients, prepare projects for execution, and lead or assist with installations in the field. This role requires someone who is proactive, flexible, self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Some days may involve coordinating schedules and preparing upcoming projects, while other days may involve independently completing installations, hanging moss walls, planting porch pots, staging materials, or troubleshooting onsite issues. The ideal candidate thrives in changing environments, takes ownership naturally, and enjoys both operational coordination and hands-on work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Scheduling Coordinate daily installations and operational schedules Manage frequent schedule adjustments and project changes Confirm client and site readiness before installations Coordinate project timelines, crew schedules, and logistics Communicate proactively with clients and team members Ensure materials, plants, tools, and inventory are ready prior to installs Help maintain organization of warehouse and staging areas Assist with route planning and operational efficiency Track project completion and installation documentation Anticipate operational issues and solve problems proactively Installation & Field Work Independently complete smaller installations when needed Lead or assist with moss wall installations Lead or assist with living wall installations Plant seasonal containers and porch pots Install interior plants and décor elements Load, unload, and stage plants and materials Maintain installation quality standards onsite Troubleshoot installation issues in real time Assist with plant maintenance and service work as needed Represent Naturspire professionally onsite with clients Team & Company Support Jump in wherever needed to support the team Help improve systems, workflows, and operational organization over time Assist with inventory organization and warehouse upkeep Maintain a positive, team-first attitude in a constantly changing environment Help create operational consistency as the company grows
QUALIFICATIONS
Highly organized and detail-oriented Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently without constant supervision Positive attitude and team-first mindset Comfortable with both physical labor and operational coordination Physically capable of lifting, moving, and installing materials/plants Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in any of the following is a plus: Landscaping Interior plantscaping Plant care or horticulture Installation or field service work Floral or event installations Construction coordination Warehouse or logistics operations Hospitality or event setup Fast-paced service businesses

POSITION TYPE
Full-time Compensation based on experience. Benefits include healthcare stipend, IRA, educational opportunities, trade show travel.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
