Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sanitation Site Manager to lead our sanitation and cleaning operations at a busy industrial or commercial facility. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all cleaning and sanitation activities across the site, including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, and custodial tasks. Lead, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient performance and adherence to safety protocols. Develop and implement cleaning schedules that meet operational needs while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor cleanliness standards regularly through inspections, audits, and feedback mechanisms to ensure consistent quality. Enforce safety regulations related to sanitation procedures, chemical handling, equipment use, and overall site safety. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to support ongoing operations. Foster excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and maintaining professional communication with all stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience in custodial services, industrial or commercial cleaning management, or hospitality housekeeping management. Strong background in supervising staff within a janitorial or sanitation environment with demonstrated leadership skills. Knowledge of safety regulations related to sanitation, chemical handling, and industrial cleaning procedures. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment. Effective managerial communication skills for training staff, coordinating tasks, and liaising with clients or site management. Experience in managing sanitation operations within industrial settings or large-scale facilities is highly preferred. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
