Job Description

Position Summary The Treasury Management Services Supervisor is responsible for leading a multifunctional team supporting treasury management operations, including risk management, client implementations and onboarding, maintenance and quality assurance. The Supervisor ensures a high-quality client experience throughout the Treasury Management lifecycle while maintaining strong operational controls and process efficiency. The role requires expertise in Treasury Management products, operational workflows, client servicing, and banking risk controls. They will ensure the timely and accurate completion of work within the team, coordinate workflow, identify efficiencies, maintain quality standards and resolve complex problems. Additionally, they lead, develop and coach team members to ensure employee engagement. Duties & Responsibilities Lead, coach, develop, and manage a team of Treasury Management Operations professionals. Train, develop and provide guidance to Treasury Services team members in all areas of job responsibilities, including laws, regulations, risk identification, software, and related updates. Clearly communicate performance expectations to team members and address any deficiencies in a timely manner. Establish performance expectations, service standards, and accountability measures. Monitor staffing levels, workload distribution, productivity, and service level adherence. Monitor workflow for operational efficiency, analyze operational effectiveness of all procedures; implement changes and operational improvements where necessary. Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge. Oversee onboarding and implementation activities for Treasury Management clients. Ensure timely and accurate setup of Treasury Management products and services. Oversee maintenance, new implementation and quality control efforts. Monitor onboarding metrics and identify opportunities to enhance client experience and reduce implementation timelines. Resolve escalated client implementation issues and service concerns. Prepare and deliver reporting to management in a timely and accurate manner. Direct the daily operations of the team and manage escalation for problem resolution. Support Treasury Management risk management activities, including owning NACHA Rules updates and ensure Bank is in compliance. Partner with Treasury Product to ensure ACH client education training material and communication is executed Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations. Develop and maintain policies and procedures. Remain current with regulatory expectations and Treasury Services products and services. Interact with internal and external clients while providing service excellence. Develop and maintain trusted, positive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
Education & Experience Knowledge of:
Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Effective leadership and management skills Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and services Working knowledge of Salesforce/nCino preferred.
Ability to:
Self-starter with strong decision-making skills Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the company, clearly expressing ideas and concepts, both verbally and in writing Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Minimum five years of relevant banking experience with strong commercial and customer service emphasis Minimum two years of demonstrated success as a supervisor or manager, preferably within a treasury management or commercial account space or applicable experience in the customer service/account opening role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting commercial, corporate, and middle-market Treasury Management clients. Experience with implementation, operational support, or client servicing functions. Knowledge of Treasury Risk management practices and fraud prevention controls. Experience working in a regulated banking environment with audit and compliance responsibilities. Project management or process improvement experience. Compensation and Benefits Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance. (
Base Pay Range:
