Job Description
Escapology is the world's fastest growing escape game franchise, with over 80 venues signed and over 75 operating around the world. At our store, we are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help drive our business forward. The successful applicant will become an integral part of our team as we develop this exciting new venue. You'll report directly to the General Manager of the venue.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed Ensure store cleanliness and organization Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Support recruitment efforts and participate in staff scheduling Manage shifts effectively to optimize productivity Troubleshoots and resolves customer issues Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation Deliver an excellent and professional customer service experience to customers Maintain safety standards Oversee the day to day operations: leading a staff of 1-4 employees each shift, resolving customer issues, troubleshooting, game hosting/mastering Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience: meeting and greeting customers, customer check in, pre-game service, running multiple games at once, interacting with customers, post-game experience
Experience:
Experience in guest services or hospitality industry is preferred Experience in shift management Strong leadership and organizational skills Strong computer literacy skills Excellent time management abilities Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Background in theater or events management is preferred Public speaking skills to confidently communicate instructions and engage participants

Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
