Position Summary:
The Operations manager will assist ReOx in operating a profitable, efficient, and compliant service center to meet customer demand in alignment with ReOx's unwavering commitment to excellence. The Operations Manager will foster a family-oriented work environment while managing and developing staff across multiple departments to successfully repair and deliver medical equipment to our national customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieving revenue and production commitments for our Kentucky Service Center.
  • Hiring, training, mentoring, motivating, and directing the activities of staff members in various positions.
  • Manage all service center KPI's to run efficient, profitable service center.
  • P&L management to control inventory, labor, and all other expenses to operate a profitable service center.
  • Managing multiple client relationships to ensure unparalleled service with every interaction.
  • Professional and relevant communication with all levels of team members, customers, and interoffice personnel, in person and electronically.
  • Supporting ReOx Medical Services unwavering commitment to excellence.
  • Overseeing and developing multiple teams in Logistics, Repairs, Warehouse, and Quality Control.
  • Managing an interstate distribution system that covers 10 states.
  • Other activities related to achieving exceptional results for the Service Center and the Organization.
  • Fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through regular 1-on-1 coaching
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Technical school or degree is a plus.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in supervising teams and fostering a positive work culture.
Proficiency in Windows based programs and technology, with at least an intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office / Office 365 products. Minimum 1 Year Operations Management experience preferably in a repair environment. Technical aptitude with the ability to train detailed processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with employees at all levels Experience managing lean and JIT inventory.
Physical and environmental requirements:
Able to lift 50 pounds regularly to table height (approx. 36"-48"). Bending, stooping, kneeling, overhead reaching are repeated throughout the day in this position. Exposure to warehouse conditions including non-climate controlled areas Standing and walking for majority of shift
Pay:
From $65,000.00 per year
