You will directly oversee project superintendents, drive rigorous safety and quality standards, and ensure high-efficiency execution from ground-break to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities Field Leadership & Talent Management:
Mentor, supervise, and evaluate job site superintendents, field engineers, and trade personnel.
Operational Execution:
Standardize field operations, quality control protocols, and job site production tracking across all active projects.
Resource & Capacity Allocation:
Direct manpower scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and heavy equipment deployment to maximize site productivity.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce uncompromising OSHA compliance and proactive risk management to maintain an industry-leading zero-incident safety culture.
Executive Collaboration:
Partner directly with Project Management, Estimating, and Senior Leadership to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications Experience:
10+ years in commercial construction field operations, with a strong background as a General Superintendent or Field Manager at a General Contracting firm.
Track Record:
Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent commercial job sites and large-scale field teams.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong expertise in OSHA regulations, project management tools (e.g., Procore), and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project).
Leadership Style:
Decisive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a hands-on, accountable leadership approach.
