Site Production Operations Sr. Manager

You will be the Production Operations Sr. Manager that serves as the senior operations lead for the site. Reporting directly to the Site Director, in this newly combined role you will lead both Production Operations and Production Planning & Control organizations. You will own end-to-end execution of cost and schedule production performance across the factory while building high-performing teams to support our continued ramp-up and expansions. What You Will Be Doing As the Production Operations Sr. Manager, your Key Responsibilities will include: Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to Production Operations, the Production Planning & Control (PP&C) team, and the Performance Management (PMT) teams Develop, coach, and grow talent at all levels

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations or production management, including leadership as a leader of leaders in a complex production environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management, or a related field (preferred; equivalent experience considered)
• U.

S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Desired Skills:

• Ability to partner effectively with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, safety, and finance functions to align priorities and resolve bottlenecks
• Experience managing budgets (including overhead), developing strategy, and translating long-term goals into actionable plans
• Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage frontline teams and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated success establishing KPIs, driving data-informed decisions
• Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean and or Six Sigma Greenbelt trained)

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $124,900

• $220,225.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $143,600
