Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee site operations, including space planning, safety compliance, and emergency communications Act as on-site leader, supporting staff and clinicians, resolving patient concerns, and fostering a positive team culture Manage scheduling, orientation, and communication for providers and staff; lead meetings and huddles Collaborate with specialty, financial, and ancillary teams to optimize workflows and service delivery Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and access metrics; analyze data and present updates to leadership Supervise clinical operations staff, including hiring, training, and performance management in partnership with HR and clinical leadership You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree (or equivalent education, training or experience) in an appropriate discipline 7+ years of professional-level healthcare operational experience in progressively responsible roles 3+ years of management experience in clinical operations, preferably in an outpatient multi-specialty medical group practice Proven ability to achieve results in a rapidly changing environmentPreferred Qualifications:
Masters' degree in business administration, public health or health care Experience managing organizations with both direct and indirect reporting relationships Proven solid problem solving and complex patient management skills Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
