As Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading weekend operations, creating an unmatched guest experience, supporting staff, and ensuring every group leaves excited to return. You will help bring energy, organization, and professionalism to every event while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and unforgettable atmosphere. Responsibilities Lead and delegate weekend operations and supervise staff to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality experiences for every guest. Create a dynamic and engaging atmosphere by interacting with guests, explaining gameplay, building excitement, and delivering exceptional customer service. Serve as the weekend point person for staff questions, guest concerns, and handle payments. Oversee group experience, daily operations, and end-of-night closing procedures to ensure the facility is clean, organized, secure, and ready for the next day. Complete closing responsibilities including equipment organization, facility walkthroughs, cleaning standards, cash handling procedures, inventory checks, and operational reports. Ensure all safety guidelines and gameplay rules are followed while maintaining a fun and competitive environment. Support team members to provide a consistent and outstanding guest experience. Handle guest check in, payments, customer questions, and issue resolution with professionalism and confidence. Assist with special events, tournaments, private parties, and multiple experiences that create memorable moments for guests.
