Job Description

What You Will Be Doing The Operations Administrator is responsible for coordinating procurement activities and maintaining accurate, timely purchase order management for FootJoy footwear, gloves, socks, accessories, and custom glove raw materials. This role supports inventory availability and order fulfillment by analyzing raw material demand, managing purchase order creation and maintenance in SAP, monitoring shipments through delivery, and collaborating with suppliers, distribution centers, customer service, and warehouse teams. The position also plays a key role in inventory planning, ATP management, reporting, and item maintenance, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and uninterrupted product supply. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced supply chain environment. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting finished goods purchasing, procurement, or administrative operations. Strong mathematical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proven time management, organizational, proofreading, and data entry skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential purchasing and business information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access. Experience with SAP purchasing and Cognos reporting experience preferred.
