Operations Manager Description:

The position of Operations Manager is a key role in assuring the smooth execution of Snow Farm's craft workshops, summer program for high school students, rentals and special events including the orchestration of the Seconds Sale. We are seeking an enthusiastic team player who is dependable,anized, has great people skills, and can multi-task with ease. If you are wellanized and thrive in a fast-paced environment w every day is different, we want to hear from you! This position is full-time and onsite. Responsibilities Main liaison with High School Director and HS Assistant Director; ensure that they are meeting program's goals and objectives including hiring staff and required camp training. Day-to-day operations management Main point of contact for groups inquiring about rentals, provide pricing and program structure. Manage the logistics for group rentals. Orchestrating annual Seconds Sale fundraiser in November which includes some weekend work; Managing Operations Assistant, housekeeping staff and work-study students, and; managing a small onsite and online craft gallery.

Ability to pass a CORI and SORI Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
