Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Center Manager to oversee operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring that our center meets its sales and service goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational management, and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment. In addition, the ability to conduct Duties Oversee daily center operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing team (as needed). Manage center's budget while monitoring expenses and revenue. Conduct employee orientation and performance evaluations to support team growth (as needed). Implement inventory management practices to maintain optimal stock levels. Institute sound financial procedures and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Foster a customer-centric culture by providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues promptly. Lead sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment. Performing energy scans or any other related improvement tracking tests before and after use of wellness devices. Completing other job-related tasks assigned by management or as needed. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager with supervisory responsibilities. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others positively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in inventory control, purchasing, and POS systems. Demonstrated experience in training & development of staff members. Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail sales practices. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office a must. Experience in sales is advantageous. Full-time Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
