At EWC, we believe confidence is beautiful, and our Center Managers play a key role in creating an empowering, supportive environment for both guests and team members. Position Summary The Center Manager (CM) is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and leading a high-energy team of Guest Service Associates (GSAs) and Wax Specialists (WSAs). This role requires a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing GSAs and WSAs. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and skill development. Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven culture. Ensure team members follow EWC standards, policies, and service protocols. Sales & Business Performance Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, including: Wax Pass sales Product retail sales Membership and service revenue Lead by example as the top seller and brand ambassador. Analyze performance metrics and take proactive steps to increase revenue. Implement marketing initiatives and local outreach to grow center traffic. Operations & Guest Experience Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant center in accordance with EWC brand standards. Ensure all sanitation, safety, and product usage procedures are followed. Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly to protect guest satisfaction and retention. Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, supply ordering, and inventory management. Ensure proper execution of opening and closing procedures. Compliance & Standards Uphold all state board regulations, EWC operational policies, and franchise guidelines. Ensure team compliance with dress code, professionalism, and customer service standards. Maintain accurate and confidential personnel and performance records. Qualifications 2-4 years of management or supervisory experience in retail, beauty, spa, or hospitality. Strong sales background with proven ability to meet and exceed goals. Experience coaching and developing teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. Availability to work prime shifts, including evenings and weekends. Professional, polished, and guest-service oriented.
