The Supervisor will provide daily operational and supervisory support for the department while maintaining an active clinical presence and serving as a key leader for a team of approximately 15 employees, supporting staff development, scheduling, and ongoing quality and accreditation initiatives. Weekend and holiday coverage is expected only when necessary to maintain patient care operations.
