Job Description:

Grand Terrace Restaurant is looking for a skilled and motivated Front of House Supervisor to lead our morning team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. As the backbone of our front-of-house operations, you will oversee daily service, coordinate staff, and maintain the high standards that our guests expect. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced breakfast environment, enjoys coaching and supporting a team, and has a strong understanding of front-of-house operations. While this position focuses on management, bartending is available as an additional role for those who want to earn additional tips.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and restaurant Assign and manage side work for staff Create and manage employee schedules Ensure consistent, high-quality service standards Support and guide staff to maintain efficient service flow Optional bartending shifts for additional tips

Qualifications:

Previous breakfast or restaurant experience required Strong understanding of server responsibilities and service flow Leadership and team management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation:

Hourly wage Additional tips available through optional bartending shifts

Additional Information:

Position is available year-round, with flexibility for seasonal candidates

Pay:
