The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urgent care and occupational medicine, along with exceptional leadership and customer service skills. This role is essential in ensuring efficient clinic operations, high-quality patient care, and a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Lead, supervise, and support front and back office staff Ensure excellent patient experience and customer service standards are met Manage staffing schedules, coverage, and workflow Monitor clinic performance and implement process improvements Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards Support occupational medicine services and workflows Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally Train and onboard new employees
