Duties Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve overall performance. Supervise team members, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster professional development. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for business development and enhance customer satisfaction. Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and timelines. Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively. Demonstrated success in sales management and business development strategies. Proficient in project management methodologies with a focus on achieving results. Excellent strategic planning abilities with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
