  • : Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for the division—think of yourself as the financial quarterback keeping everything on track.

  • : Develop financial analysis and business plans that turn strategic initiatives from "wouldn't it be nice?" to "let's make it happen!"
  • Keep the financial engine running
  • : Oversee financial reporting, cost reports, accounts payable, and purchasing to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Lead with confidence
  • : Guide your team through assigned duties and responsibilities, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone thrives.
  • Be the bridge
  • : Communicate with third parties, including physicians and CPA firms, translating financial insights into meaningful conversations.

  • : Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Henry Ford Health System policies—because doing things right matters.
Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Minimum of five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in finance or accounting. Preferred Qualifications Two (2) years of CPA firm experience. Previous management or supervisory experience. CPA certification.
