Maximize Revenue & Occupancy:
Monitor, market, and price vacation rental properties to ensure optimal revenue and increased occupancy.
Tech-Savvy:
Learn and effectively utilize a variety of technology platforms to manage property listings, handle reservations and payments, generate e-lock codes, schedule housekeeping, and more.
Vendor & Housekeeper Coordination:
Manage housekeepers and third-party vendors to ensure timely and efficient property preparation for guest and owner check-ins.
Exceptional Customer Service:
Provide outstanding service to owners and guests through in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and text messages.
Local Travel:
Travel to various rental properties as needed to ensure smooth operations and top-quality guest experiences.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
