Job Description

As a leader in the restaurant, the Operations Manager will be responsible for leadership of front counter, drive-thru, catering, and/or food production operations. They start by ensuring that all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service. The Operation Manager should ensure that the store as a whole is ready to serve the next guest by ensuring that the store is clean, stocked, and organized. The Operations Manager must be in constant contact with the leadership team and Operator as to what is happening in their scope of responsibility at that time and is responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant. They will be tasked with ensuring we are meeting the requirements necessary to create remarkable experiences. The Operations Manager will be expected set the standard for signature service and therefore must lead by example. To do this, the Operations Manager must be hands on and needs to actively show a passion for service. The Operations Manager must be willing to work approximately 2pm - 10:30 pm daily, weekends and willing to stay if needed.

Experience as a leader in the customer service industry or manufacturing

This person must be skilled in time management. This person must be self-directed and highly organized. This person must have intermediate computer skills. This person must master all knowledge and skills of every position in the Restaurant including management and office work
