This role is perfect for someone looking to break into the entertainment field with a passion for event planning and a commitment to outstanding guest experiences.Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the indoor golf and duckpin bowling facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests.
- Create a positive and engaging atmosphere by addressing guest inquiries and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate events, tournaments, promotions, and private parties to boost attendance and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and advertising campaigns to attract new customers.
- Manage a team of bartenders and oversee light bartending operations, with an emphasis on excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or similar roles is preferred.
