Job Description

Manager Wanted - Northland Foods. Are you an experienced leader with a passion for grocery retail? Northland Foods is seeking a dedicated Grocery Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising Lead, train, and motivate staff Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Monitor sales, set goals, and drive results
Qualifications:
Previous grocery management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
