Job Description
Operations Manager (Confidential Company) We're looking for a strong, hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of a fast-moving operation and drive performance, accountability, and results. This role is not for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. We're looking for a leader who can step in, assess quickly, build a strong team, and elevate operations across the board. What You'll Own Full oversight of daily operations, team performance, and workflow execution Driving productivity, efficiency, and service levels in a high-demand environment Building, coaching, and holding a team accountable to clear expectations Identifying gaps, solving problems, and improving processes in real time Ensuring a high standard of customer experience, accuracy, and responsiveness Leading safety, compliance, and operational discipline Partnering with leadership to execute on business goals and growth initiatives What Sets You Apart Proven leadership experience in operations, distribution, or a similar environment You're hands-on, you don't lead from behind a desk You're comfortable making decisions, having tough conversations, and driving accountability You move quickly, stay organized, and know how to prioritize what matters You see problems early and act before they become bigger issues Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is helpful Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of 2+ years of leadership or operations experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Certifications / Requirements Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to operate equipment as required (training provided) Ability to pass pre-employment screening Physical Requirements & Work Environment Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials (up to 50 lbs) Frequent use of hands, arms, and communication abilities Work is primarily performed indoors with moderate noise levels Must be able to work safely and remain alert in an active environment
