Job Description

Mulch Bros is looking for a hardworking, personable Operations Manager to own and execute landscaping installs from start to finish. You'll be responsible for: Scheduling and leading your crew Driving a truck and dump trailer to job sites Ordering mulch and materials ahead of jobs Greeting clients and providing a 5-star experience Leading and executing each day's installs Upselling additional services when appropriate

What We're Looking For:

Landscaping experience Experience driving a truck with a dump trailer Valid driver's license Strong communication and leadership skills Hardworking, detail-oriented, and coachable College students are encouraged to apply. We can build your work schedule around your class schedule while maintaining approximately 40 hours/week. Compensation $27/hour + commission on any services you upsell At Mulch Bros, we work hard, take care of our team, and obsess over the client experience.
