Full-Time / Part-Time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized Off-Site Operations Manager to bring the iconic pink box experience to various events, markets, and pop-up locations. You will be the driving force behind our mobile sales operations, ensuring every off-site event is fully staffed, flawlessly executed, and delivers the premium quality and customer service that Crumbl is known for.
Key Responsibilities Production & Staffing Management:
Recruit, train, and manage scheduling for off-site event teams. Ensure adequate staffing levels for both pre-event production and on-site customer service.
On-Site Leadership:
Direct the complete setup, live execution, and teardown of off-site sales operations at various locations.
Logistics & Inventory:
Coordinate the secure and timely transportation of cookies, packaging, tables, tents, and POS equipment from the main bakery to event sites.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain Crumbl's strict quality, hygiene, and presentation standards during transit and throughout the duration of the off-site event.
Customer Experience:
Act as the lead brand ambassador on-site, bringing high energy to the booth, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any operational hiccups on the fly.
Sales & Reporting:
Manage mobile point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and digital transactions accurately, and report event performance and inventory metrics to bakery ownership. Qualifications Proven experience in event management, retail operations, or food & beverage leadership. Strong team management skills with a track record of successfully scheduling and leading staff. Exceptional organizational and logistical planning abilities. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation (ability to drive a company transport vehicle is a plus). Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt to changing environments, weather conditions, or event constraints. Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs (tents, folding tables, heavy boxes of cookies and supplies).
