Position Summary:
This individual will have responsibility for manufacturing activity including: achieving required financial performance (P&L), meeting customer production and quality requirements, launching new programs, ongoing improvements in safety culture and performance, and development of talent for future succession within Operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for Operations within North America Delivers overall financial commitment for North America Operations Provides strategic development and drives implementation of lean operating culture Responsible for the safety of all Team Members and the environment is maintained properly and the Team Members demonstrate proper behaviors Responsible for ensuring all quality policies and procedures are followed by all Team Members including documentation of deviation of standard work flow Evaluates key business challenges; directs the development of new or innovative solutions May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Advanced degree or equivalent preferred Seven plus years prior management experience required Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Complex analysis and ability to present complex information for others to understand Strategic planning, project management and organizational development Ability to influence organizations Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary
