Job Description

Bonobo Winery is seeking motivated, passionate, and outgoing team members to join our Winery team. We are focused on quality wine and providing an outstanding visitor experience, with a dedicated wine club. Our winery associates create a relaxed and informative experience for our visiting guests. We're looking for part-time, full-time and manager on duty both seasonal and year round.
Qualifications:
Must have experience and strong skills in hospitality and communication Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask Must be personable, conversational, assertive, polished Must be a self starter and motivated to help in all areas of service
  • tastings, events, etc.
Must work well in a team environment and have a can-do attitude Be eager to learn about wine, as well as ready to educate visitors about our wine Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds and be on your feet for long periods of time Must be available to work weekends and holidays. We try to be as flexible with our staff schedule as possible. In addition to wine service, responsibilities include helping with events, kitchen, restocking, and general cleaning.
Education:
High school or equivalent required Strong candidates will have an interest in and experience with wine or hospitality, and enjoy interacting with a wide variety of visitors. We expect our employees to maintain a professional and positive atmosphere. Pay commensurate with experience and includes tips.
