Regional Field Supervisor - Southern Minnesota Position Summary The Regional Field Supervisor is responsible for the overall field operations, quality, staffing support, and compliance of approximately 36 sites throughout Southern Minnesota. This position provides hands-on leadership through regular site visits, inspections, employee interviews, coaching, and operational oversight. The Regional Field Supervisor serves as the primary field contact for site-level employees and management, ensuring that company standards, policies, safety requirements, customer expectations, and operational procedures are consistently followed across all assigned locations. Key Responsibilities Field Operations & Site Management Oversee daily operations and performance across approximately 36 assigned sites throughout Southern Minnesota. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate staffing, productivity, service quality, safety, and overall site conditions. Perform scheduled and unscheduled site inspections to ensure company standards and contractual requirements are being met. Identify operational issues and develop timely corrective action plans. Monitor site performance and ensure consistent execution of company policies and procedures. Maintain strong relationships with employees, site contact, customers, and management. Travel extensively throughout the assigned region to provide hands-on field support. Employee Interviews & Staffing Conduct interviews for prospective employees at assigned sites. Assist management with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and placement of qualified employees. Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching and corrective feedback when necessary. Identify staffing shortages and work with management to develop solutions. Support employee retention by maintaining regular communication and addressing field concerns promptly. Assist with training and orientation of new employees as needed . Inspections & Quality Control Conduct routine quality-control inspections at all assigned locations. Document inspection findings and communicate results to appropriate management. Follow up on deficiencies to ensure corrective actions are completed. Monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to increase consistency and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of site visits, inspections, employee concerns, and corrective actions. Leadership & Communication Serve as a visible and accessible leader for field employees throughout the region. Communicate company expectations clearly and consistently. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to site-level employees and supervisors. Escalate significant operational, employee, safety, or customer issues to management. Participate in regional meetings and provide updates regarding site performance and field conditions. Promote a positive, professional, and accountable work environment. Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in a multi-site or field-based environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct professional interviews and employee performance discussions. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify operational deficiencies. Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with leadership. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple locations and competing responsibilities. Valid driver's license and pass a background check Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Southern Minnesota. Proficiency with smartphones, email, Microsoft Office, and/or other company reporting systems. Reside between Fairbault & Albert Lea or Austin and Blue Earth Minnesota. Physical & Travel Requirements Utilizing Company Vehicle Frequent travel between approximately 36 sites throughout Southern Minnesota. Ability to conduct site inspections and remain active in the field for extended periods. Ability to work indoors and outdoors depending on site requirements. Must be available to respond to operational needs and urgent field issues as necessary. Overnight travel may occasionally be required depending on business needs. Performance Expectations Success in this position will be measured by the Regional Field Supervisor's ability to: Maintain consistent operational standards across all assigned sites. Complete required site visits and inspections accurately and on schedule. Identify and resolve field issues proactively. Maintain appropriate staffing levels. Support employee performance, retention, and development. Ensure compliance with company and customer requirements. Build strong relationships with employees, customers, and site leadership. Provide timely and accurate communication and documentation to management.
