Job Description The Director of Construction/(Owner's Rep) will: Develop detailed budgets and cost estimates across capital, renovation, and tenant projects Manage day-to-day construction execution and oversee third-party firms where applicable Lead selection and coordination of architects, engineers, and contractors from design through completion Oversee tenant buildouts, ensuring lease compliance and adherence to critical timelines Draft and manage landlord work letters, lease exhibits, and signage requirements Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones across multiple developments Coordinate construction contracts in partnership with legal teams Monitor tenant permitting, approvals, and readiness through project lifecycle Serve as key liaison between onsite operations, tenants, and construction teams Conduct site visits to ensure quality, compliance, and proper project phasing Provide accurate reporting and updates to internal stakeholders Support cross-functional initiatives across leasing, operations, and finance MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
